How do I place an offer? |
|
A. |
To be able to place an offer on our site, you need to register (*).
To make an offer you can either: 1) use the link "add an offer” , or 2) go to www.bioXchange.com and log in using your password you received when you registered (*). Then click on "My offers" and select "Add a new offer" at the bottom of the screen. Here are the steps to follow
1. Choose type of offer a) offer to sell : if you want to SELL biomass on this site b) offer to buy : if you want to BUY biomass through this site
2. Choose the type of biomass Choose the type of biomass that corresponds to the product that you want to buy or sell.
3. Describe the offer The available fields depend on the type of biomass. Please fill in details on the form as fully as possible. There is a special “Remarks” space for putting in any supplementary information.
Then click on “Update” to add your offer to our data base.
A member of our team will check your offer before sending it for publication. At any moment you can check on the progress of your offer in the section “My offers”
It is also possible that we will contact you to get some more details concerning your offer.

What happens after I have placed an offer? |

When you place an offer, it is sent to a member of our team who will check it before publishing it on our site This is to make sure that the information sent to our site is of good quality.
An email is automatically sent to you when anyone responds to your offer. Furthermore, you can check any responses to your offers in your “My Offers” section.

How do I check the offers I’ve placed? |

Use the “My Offers” page to manage, consult, modify or cancel your offers.

How do I modify an offer that I’ve placed? |

A. |
If your offer have not yet been approved by our team, you can change it at any time in the “My offers” section. Use the button to the left of the offer you want to change.
As and when the offer is subsequently approved, you should first delete the old offer and then place the new one.

How do I cancel an offer I have placed? |

A. |
You can cancel an offer you’ve placed at any time
Follow this procedure : 1) go to the “My Offers” section 2) click on the "pencil” button at the left of your offer (to Edit). A window opens up that shows the details of your offer. 3) click on "delete" and enter the reason why you want to cancel the offer. 4) confirm the cancellation.

How do I check the list of offers available? |

Go to the “Offer Search” section.
The “search” button enables you to list all the offers that have the key word you specified before clicking “search”.

When I find an interesting offer, what do I do? |

A. |
Click on the button to the left of the offer to make a response (column "React"). An email will be immediately sent to the person making the offer.

How do I view the responses to my offers? |

An email is automatically sent to you when someone responds to any of your offers
A list of all the responses can be seen in the “My Offers” section. By clicking on any one of your offers in the “Responses” column, you will see all the responses that have come in.
