  • Check of availability of cargo before shipping
    BioXchange offers to check the availability of the cargo at the shipping location by BioXchange officials. Approval will be given only after personal site visit and approval of all documents necessary to prove the ownership of the cargo

  • Supervising of Loading
    BioXchange offers to supervise the loading process in order to guarantee that no impurities will be added and to guarantee that the quality of the cargo will not be influenced by the loading process

  • Quality control before loading
    BioXchange offers to check in advance the quality of the loading process. This will guarantee that the parameters will be within the limits of the specification.

  • Quantity control before loading
    BioXchange offers to check the quantity available at the storage area by visual control and by screening and confirmation of the relevant documents proofing the quantity

  • Quantity control after loading
    To secure that the quality of the cargo will be within the range of the specifications, BioXchange offers to supervise the quality after finishing of the loading process. This option is only available if also quality control before loading and during loading is ordered

  • Advise in cargo related security matters
    In order to finish the loading process without any delay, BioXchange offers advise in security matters which may be necessary if the forwarding company has only little experience with the relevant cargo.

  • Guarantee for formally proper issued certificates
    A representant will be responsible for the prompt and proper issuing of all relevant documents and certificates.

  • Covering of congestion risk in port of loading
    BioXchange offer the possibility to cover all costs resulting from overtime of a vessel because of a congested port

    BioXchange offers to contract shippers and to grant full responsibility to the user

  • Contracts with stevedoring companies
    BioXchange offers to supply the whole chain for the loading process

    BioXchange offers to provide transportation to the destination

  • Tracking of cargo
    BioXchange offers to provide daily/weekly/monthly/yearly reports. The contract partner will be informed regularly about the current position of the cargo and the expected time of arrival

  • Insurance pool for cargo insurance
    Cargo insurance can be offered on a special rate, that should be cheaper than stand alone rates the single user can achieve

  • Contracts with discharging companies
    Similar to the loading of the cargo the whole chain for the unloading process can be provided

  • Supervising of discharging BioXchange offers to supervise the discharging of the cargo by BioXchange officials

  • Quality control during discharging
    BioXchange offers to take samples during discharging, according to an agreed procedure. The sampling and analysis will be performed by international surveying companies who will be contracted by BioXchange.

  • Quantity control during discharging
    BioXchange offers to determine the actual quantity discharged  according to an agreed procedure by a surveying company contracted by BioXchange

  • Guarantee for formally proper issued certificates
    A representant of BioXchange may be responsible for the prompt and proper issuing of all relevant documents and certificates

  • Covering of Congestion risk in Port of discharging
    All costs resulting from overtime of a vessel because of a congested port will be covered

  • Fumigation
    If customs requires fumigation, BioXchange offers to performed it according to the national standards

  • Database of goods
    BioXchange may provide you with a detailed description of all relevant goods traded on this platform. Description may includes chemical analysis and other characteristics of the goods

  • Security matters of different goods
    Dangerous goods will be specified and assistance for their safe handling will be provided

    For all goods that will be traded in a significant amount, there will be offered time-price-charts.

  • Contract forms for suppliers and customers
    Bioxchange may provide you with standard contracts for suppliers and customers
